01.Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the TRT Plus app (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The App contains information about hormone optimisation and regulated, investigational, or prescription-only compounds that is intended for adults and is not appropriate for minors. If you are under 18, you must not access or use this App.
02.Medical Disclaimer
TRT Plus is a wellness and educational tool only. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for a relationship with a qualified healthcare provider. The information, scores, charts, and reports provided by TRT Plus are for general informational and educational purposes only and reflect general practices, not individualised medical guidance.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider — such as your doctor, endocrinologist, or pharmacist — with any questions regarding your health, hormone levels, medications, or treatment protocol. Never disregard, delay, or alter professional medical advice because of information you have seen in this App. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or believe your health is at risk, contact emergency services or your healthcare provider immediately — do not rely on the App.
03.No Medical Advice
The App does not offer medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations, and using the App does not create a doctor-patient relationship, a healthcare provider relationship, or any equivalent professional relationship between you and TRT Plus, its developer, or any affiliated party.
All content, scores, reference ranges, and guidance provided by TRT Plus — including any AI-generated reports — are derived from TRT and hormone-optimisation data, peer-reviewed clinical research, and established HRT best practices. They reflect protocols relevant to individuals on testosterone and broader hormone-optimisation regimens, and are not general-population health benchmarks. They may nonetheless not apply to your individual circumstances, medical history, co-morbidities, or current health status. You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or adjusting any medication, supplement, or treatment protocol based on information from this App.
04.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TRT Plus, its developer, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, or your reliance on any information, score, report, or recommendation provided by the App. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of health, injury, medical complications, loss of data, or any other loss arising from actions taken or not taken as a result of App information, whether generated by TRT Plus directly or by any AI system used within the App.
Without limiting the above, TRT Plus is not liable for any missed, late, duplicated, or skipped dose, test, or action, or any other outcome, resulting from any notification, reminder, or alert that fails to be delivered, is delayed, silenced, blocked, suppressed, or otherwise not received for any reason — including causes related to your device, operating system, notification or permission settings, focus or do-not-disturb modes, battery or background-process restrictions, network connectivity, third-party platforms, hardware, or any other cause whether or not within our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of TRT Plus, its developer, and affiliates arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the App or the cost of resupply.
05.User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks associated with using the App and to use the App only as a supplemental, educational resource alongside — not instead of — guidance from a qualified healthcare provider. You acknowledge and agree that reliance on any information, score, chart, or report provided by the App, including AI-generated content, is solely at your own risk, and that you remain solely responsible for any health, lifestyle, or treatment decisions you make.
06.Changes to These Terms
TRT Plus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App, and continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Where changes are material, we will require you to review and re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the App.
07.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The App is made available globally via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store; however, we make no representation that the App, its content, or its compound library is appropriate, legal, or available for use in every country or region. If you access the App from outside Australia, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, including laws regarding the substances, compounds, and treatments discussed within the App.
08.AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
TRT Plus uses third-party artificial intelligence services to generate bloodwork reports, biomarker scores, protocol recommendations, and related insights (“AI Content”). AI systems are probabilistic in nature and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or entirely incorrect output, sometimes referred to as “hallucinations,” even when based on correct input data.
AI Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only, does not constitute medical advice, and has not been independently reviewed or verified by a medical professional before being shown to you. TRT Plus makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI Content. You should not make any health, medication, or treatment decisions based solely on AI Content, and should discuss any AI-generated insights with a qualified healthcare provider before acting on them.
09.Bloodwork Upload and Data Accuracy Disclaimer
TRT Plus allows you to upload photos or scans of your bloodwork (“Lab Images”) for automatic extraction of biomarker values using optical character recognition (OCR) and AI-based processing. While we aim for high accuracy, this extraction process can occasionally misread, mislabel, omit, or incorrectly convert units for values contained in your Lab Images, particularly where lab report formats vary, image quality is poor, or values are handwritten or non-standard.
You are responsible for reviewing all extracted biomarker values against your original lab report before relying on them, and for correcting any inaccuracies within the App. TRT Plus, its developer, and affiliates accept no liability for any inaccuracy, omission, or error in extracted biomarker data, or for any AI-generated score, report, or recommendation that is based on inaccurate or incomplete extracted data. Always retain and refer to your original lab report, and discuss your actual results with your healthcare provider.
10.Data, Privacy and HIPAA
TRT Plus is a personal tracking and educational tool. It is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse, and TRT Plus and its developer are not a “covered entity” or “business associate” under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). HIPAA does not apply to information you enter into or generate within the App.
The de-identified datasets used to develop the App's models, reference ranges, and scoring were handled in accordance with applicable data-protection standards. Any information you enter into the App is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand what information is and is not processed.
11.Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, compound library, reference ranges, scoring algorithms, “The Testimator™” tool and branding, knowledge base content, and all associated text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to TRT Plus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for your own data that you input into the App, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App or any of its content, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
12.Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRT Plus, its developer, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any health, medication, or treatment decision you make based on information from the App; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
13.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including the Medical Disclaimer, No Medical Advice, Limitation of Liability, AI-Generated Content Disclaimer, Bloodwork Upload and Data Accuracy Disclaimer, Data, Privacy and HIPAA, Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution and Individual Claims, Apple and Google Platform Terms, and Governing Law sections — will continue to apply after termination.
14.Dispute Resolution and Individual Claims
Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@trtplus.app and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App must be brought on an individual basis only. You agree not to bring, join, or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against TRT Plus, its developer, or affiliates.
Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arose, except where a longer period is required by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
15.Apple and Google Platform Terms
If you download or use the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and TRT Plus only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent these Terms conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Apple's standard end-user licence agreement, those Apple terms govern as between you and Apple. You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you.
If you download or use the App from the Google Play Store, equivalent acknowledgements apply with respect to Google LLC, and your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
16.General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. If we do not enforce any right or provision of these Terms, this will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
17.Your Acknowledgement
By clicking "I Accept" below or by continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
